About Curdievale (Boggy Creek)
Curdievale is only a 15 minute drive from Timboon, Peterborough, Port Campbell, the famous 12 Apostles, Loch Art Gorge, London Bridge and Bay of Islands.
The area is well known for its surf and fishing spots featuring jetties and a boat ramp for the keen angler. It's a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, which includes Victoria's magnificent Shipwreck Coast, the Volcanic Hinterland, and the Otway Ranges.
Moonshine Cottage is situated in the heart of Curdievale; better known as Boggy Creek by the locals.
The house overlooks the Curdies River, which is a popular water skiing and swimming spot, and is a short walk to the infamous Boggy Creek Pub.
The Curdievale area has a strong tradition of whisky making, dating back to the early 1880s. Then, illicit distilling was popular, with local names reflecting that tradition, such as 'Whiskey Creek'.
Dairy farming is an important part of the local economy, with the production of milk, cheese and butter. When staying in Curdievale, take the time to experience the local culinary delights: Apostle Whey Cheeses, Gorge Chocolates, Timboon Fine Ice-cream, Heytesbury Ridge Wines, The Railway Shed Distillery,
- Apostle Whey Cheese (brie, camembert, feta and a variety of semi hard and soft cheese of various flavours)

Booking/Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one nights accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
The full deposit is refundable if 2 weeks notice is received of your cancellation.
(An administration fee may apply and be deducted from the deposit.)
Balance of payment is due on arrival. No EFTPOS facility available.
If no notice of cancellation is given, your total deposit/payment will be forfeited.
Minimum night restrictions may apply during certain peak periods.
(Easter, Christmas, some long weekends).
